Our History
Waddington® Europe has evolved from a number of business acquisitions over the last seven years
The Waddington Group acquired ParPak in 2013, subsequently acquiring Holfield Plastics, Deltaform and Eureka Caterware over the next five years to operate under the Par-Pak brand.
The whole Waddington Group was then sold to Jarden in early 2016, which were then bought out by Newell Brands later that same year.
In 2018 Newell Brands sold The Waddington Group to Novolex.
Today Waddington Europe is a thermoforming specialist brand and proud to be part of the wider Novolex family of packaging brands.
