The Novolex Broad-based Employee Award Plan (BEAP) is a form of long-term compensation that allows all eligible employees the opportunity to participate in the success of Novolex.

That means our employees, alongside investors in Novolex, can be rewarded as the value of our company grows.

Funded by our Chairman and CEO Stan Bikulege and our shareholders led by Apollo in 2022, the BEAP is another benefit that sets Novolex apart. It was created to recognise and reward employee contributions and to provide an additional financial incentive for employees to contribute to the growth of the company.  As Novolex’s value grows, every eligible employee’s incentive grows!


Eligibility

The award will be paid out to all employees who have been at Novolex for one year at the time of a “change in control” event, such as the sale of the company.

Value

Growth in the value of the award is tied to the growth in the value of Novolex – our employees are eligible to receive a portion of that value!

Cost

This award comes in addition to our traditional compensation package and requires absolutely no cash investment from employees.
