Together, our team looks after all Waddington Europe employees across the two UK sites, our site in Ireland as well as in the Netherlands. Let us introduce ourselves.

Natalie Truelove

Senior HR Manager - Europe

Main responsibilities:
I am responsible for the HR function for Waddington Europe, including Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Design and Payroll.

Favourite thing about Waddington Europe:
No day is the same. The company has been through a lot of change since I joined in 2011, and it has been an amazing journey so far!

A fascinating fact about me:  
I love to travel. I did an around-the-world trip and also travelled around Eastern Europe when I was younger. I am also lucky to have lived in two different countries in Europe. Ask me where I want to go next…?

Martina Breen

HR Business Partner

Main responsibilities:
I am the HR function at the Arklow Site in Co. Wicklow, Ireland as well as looking after Learning and Development for all Waddington Europe locations.

The people and the comradery

A fascinating fact about me:
I’m an avid sportsperson who loves to run!

Emer Kenny

HR & Payroll Clerk

Main responsibilities:
I am responsible for the payroll function and HR administration in Ireland, Payroll administration in the UK and employee engagement initiatives for Waddington Europe.

Favourite thing about Waddington Europe:
Fellow co-workers and their kindness.

A fascinating fact about me:
I love traditional Irish music and attending the various Fleadh Cheoil events throughout Ireland.

HR Business Partner

Main responsibilities:
I’m responsible for delivering the HR vision at our UK sites through guaranteeing that we ensure all of our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, as well as overseeing pay and reward for all Waddington Europe locations.

Favourite thing about Waddington Europe:
Fast-paced nature of the day-to-day workload, as well as the warm, friendly and approachable nature of the team here at Waddington Europe.

A fascinating fact about me:
I can predict the weather outside with a 97% accuracy rate, as long as it’s already raining.

Talent & HR Co-Ordinator

Main responsibilities:
I am responsible for the recruitment of Waddington Europe and HR Administration for the UK sites.   I also manage the company benefits for Waddington Europe.
