Environmental sustainability is at the heart of all our business decisions, and we are committed to minimising the impact of our activities on the environment.
We actively work with suppliers, customers and contractors to improve their environmental performance and source only from suppliers who meet our code of conduct.

We design our packaging products for recyclability and encourage the use of materials that promote a circular economy, as well as continually seeking to reduce the amount of material used in our products through downgauging.
Our Eco Blend™ Pura and Eco Blend™ 100 product ranges are made with 100% recycled materials, as well as being 100% recyclable, offering customers truly closed-loop packaging solutions at competitive prices.
Not only do we seek to reduce the amount of energy used in our manufacturing processes, but we pay extra to ensure the electricity that powers our two UK production sites is generated from renewable resources.
Our ambition is for our Arklow site to also be running on green energy in 2021.
Zero Waste to Landfill
In 2020 we were proud to achieve Zero Waste to Landfill certification across all our three production sites.
We continually evaluate operations to minimise waste and ensure we are as efficient as possible. All staff receive waste training including plastic segregation in their induction when they first start, and on-going refresher courses
Any waste remaining after reducing, reusing or recycling is sent to Waste to Energy plants for incineration and bioenergy production.
We are proud and active members of a number of environmental trade associations including The UK Plastics Pact, Recoup, Repak, and Ocean Clean Sweep.
RecyCLASS guidelines are rules we follow when designing new products to help our customers make an informed choice about how their product will be treated at disposal. This cross industry initiative aims to promote high quality recycling and increase the uptake of recyclates in the market.
